Summary: I started running fraps, after having to repair my Direct 9 Cache Files, after demoting these guys.
This took some time, but the guy return 4 minutes after they are demoted.
Constant RDM and Metagaming, Aswell as Keypad Abuse and Promoting Random Arrests + NLR breaking. This will be shown in the videos that are to follow shortly in a Reply this this BR.
