You probably feel bad when you say No, but you gotta try it and say it over and over again when they ask you something, but don't just say 'no' try to be polite. like 'No, sorry.' 'No, i don't give stuff away.' or you don't even have to say no, just say, 'i'm not giving any money to you' it sounds less polite, but you get used to it when you say 'no' all the time to someone. i had the same problem when i started to play Multiplayer Games, like WoW or so on.
