Ah summer, no place you'd rather be. All you need is your very own villa fully inspired by the French Rivera. Wanna stay in San Ranevo but also missing St Tropez? Well, now you can bring the 'San' Tropez to 'San" Ranevo without leaving. The villa is situated on top of an artificially 4m tall hill surrounded by grey rocks and lush patches of grass. Trees have been imported from the french riviera. The villa comes in two variations, one red and one beige limestone and marble. The outdoor consists of Ranevo's first-ever infinity glass pool, overlooking the sunset.

Villa was owned by an Israeli Billionaire Maja Blondi Malnar, who is our client and fell in love with San Ranevo. She asked Blackend Corp to build and design a villa that 100% resembles the French Riviera. and is now listed on the market. The previous owner removed all furniture so the villa comes unfinished. Only one of these remains and cannot be reproduced. This is Coconut Realestate's latest project.
