A map vote will leave people satisfied actually, I’ve said it before and will repeat myself, I appreciate the fact we get a chance to vote and the staff team is listening. The map with the most votes will be the outcome and I will accept it either way. I expect everyone to feel this way...

People try way too hard to shove their opinion down others' throats and it's genuinely stupid to me.

How do you as an individual, know, how the rest of the community perceives the map? Some opinions of your friends? How do you know the individual players' wants and needs? Stop speaking for everyone else, your opinion is entitled to yourself, not everyone else. This shit feels just so stupid to me.

A simple map vote will not leave people satisfied. We have to actually give each individual map on this list a chance, rather than simply jumping the gun from a poll.

What and treat our only roleplay server as if it's in beta testing stage 10 years down the line?

'Map' trials are ridiculous and have never happened in the past due to the fact that they will take a meaty dig at the playerbase.

It'd be the only way to potentially change ignorant people's minds. It's clear that people voting for V2D in no way want to give Pines City a chance, and vice versa. You cannot judge a ROLEPLAY map by flying/ walking through it in singeplayer. It just simply does not offer the experience it would provide on an actual server.

We do not necessarily need to rush to a different map. This is a massive change to both roleplay opportunities and the community itself, so I believe it should be approached cautiously and fairly. And the way to do that is to put both maps in a simplified beta environment and test both.

Yes, it can be used but the general map will be too empty to be immersive. There is too much SPACE which will be empty.
