Title of Bug:Â Police lose personal attachments on death

Description:Â
If you die as a police officer (even if you do not have any attachments equipped), you lose your personal attachments from your inventory.

Evidence:Â
I tested this with Daniel. I had an MP5 without attachments and when I died I still somehow lost attachments from my inventory.

Steps to reproduce:Â
1) Spawn as a cop
2) Die
3) Attachments are gone from your inventory

Also happens as SRU, I believe the attachments are still meant to be free for the SWAT but even when you die you lose the attachment packs from your inventory

So that's where my attachments went lmao
I was going to equip them today and noticed I didn't have any but never remembered running out.
