Weird camera glitch in cars

Any time I drive a car this happens, not quite sure why. I updated video card drivers today but I don't think that is an issue. It isn't M3 either. Ideas? Respectfully,

/vcmod > options > Third person view > turn off Dynamic view > send passive aggressive message to arny for adding VCMOD in the first place. Hope that helps.

This can be fixed by typing /Vcmod-> Options-> third person -> dynamic view
