Title of Bug: Rebel outfits

Description: 
Rebel outfits seem to be broken as you can't choose them anymore just gives an error

Try reselect your gender? Just switch to female and back quickly.

I have this same issue. Even you select other gender and select is not also working.

Workaround for now is equipping the model from your inventory, after you do that it'll let you also change your model via the menu.
