Making a bit of progress, it keeps downloading workshop content, and I don't crash as fast in menu. When I pause workshop content download, my game doesn't crash. The only thing is I can pause it all I want but it will keep un-pausing.  Sad

Edit: I didn't put a space between what you said I should put for launch. Now what do I do about my addons. Thank you so much for your help this far.

Thank you everyone for your help, the solution was factory resetting my Gmod. That also fixed my problem where I could not see certain player models and textures.
