Title of Suggestion: Longer lasting flashbang
Description
Make the white flash last longer than it does. Possibly with a small distorting effect for the next 30 seconds after a direct hit.
Why?
To make the flashbang a viable option in combat, right now you can't really take advantage of the effect.
It would improve the tactical possibilities in raids.
Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.

I think all grenades are a bit shit and could do with some love, especially when you can only carry one at a time and their effects don't seem all that powerful.

The concussion grenade used to have quite effective effect that blurred player's vision, disoriented them, changed the sound pitch of things around and color vision.
