Not to be a dick or anything, you can say you're online because you're staff, but stuff still happens, rules are still broken. Yesterday there were like 4 or 5 staff on, I sent an @ call and it took about 10minutes for you to come. You may be online, but you're all either AFK, or doing some RP that you're not gonna pause to help the server, which is the job your rank does.

Ban Wipe happened a while back and yes it brought users back but it’s not needed, the server currently gets populated with almost a max server around 17:00 - 21:00 in the UK. Otherwise through the day yes there are some quiet points however lunch time onwards it’s like 30/40 players at a push, people don’t realise that the community of FL grew up while playing it, meaning myself and many others have Jobs and responsibilities to attended to, so the server in the day time is going to lack users, yet when people come home from work later at night it populates more. I feel like FL needs events, content and promotional videos to bring in more users than we get either way. It will be hard to keep the player base rising as Garry’s Mod is now a dying game as well.

server numbers have been good due to staff activity, i'm now against a ban wipe. just bring new shit to keep the players playing the server.
