Uncheck all the Addons for your Source games, Restart your game.

Then Check them restart again and it should be fine.

Sorry but mind telling me how? Google isn't helpful today.
If you meant by going on garrys mods, extensions, addons and unchecking all etc it didn't work.

Exactly the same problem.

Its downloading models/weapons and materials/sprites everytime I connect.

i know you said for have css activated and all, but did you buy it, install it then activate it, if so you need to play a little bit of the game so it can unpackage its files, and if all else fails copy the

materials

sound

folders over to your garrysmod->garrysmod folder

to stop the constant downloads just disable custom downloads if you know you have everything

Do you have Halflife 2? Do you have ANY half life episodes at all?
Do you have CS: S?
Have you gone in Extensions <> Game Content. And then checking all the boxes. Or the boxes you need? ( After that you must restart garrysmod)
Have you gone Options <> Multiplayers <> (bottom right corner) Then putting it on Allow all custom files from server.
Have you downloaded all the content packs?
Are you sure you have put the content packs in the right folder? (Outside addons)

Any of theese things should be your problem.
Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.
