well im gonna make a Estate in the Villas so im probs gonna get robbed or House Invaded when i go on, like Outside the City is going to be a warzone, i wonder where every aggressive RPer will base though? i know the Thieves Guild will base in Industrial, as we do, but i wonder if people base in the Villas, or maybe the Motel? the motel is never used nor the Big Bills Hells Car Dealership

Oh there's a few things to do on Halloween

Haunted House , Setting up a Halloween store , trick or treat or have a Halloween party which is always my favourite

I think partly why PassiveRP night was so successful is that it forced a weapons blacklist for everyone for the duration of the event. This is no different as bases aren't allowed in the city anyway. It also raises concern for if people run into the city to be immune to AggRP after instigating something.
