I had alot of errors so now Im downloading the Half Life content but the last one is taking so long. It downloads at 60KB/s however my internet is fine, and others were downloading at 800-1000KB/s, is it the site or me?

Sites often limit the download speed for users, probably not an issue with your computer. I recommend waiting patiently for it to download and do something else while you wait.

As Chumps said, CS:S is required for the weapons first-person (as well as numerous normal props in use on the server)
If you have it, make sure its installed and its checked in the Garry's Mod main menu Game option. If not, you need to download the CS:S content in order to have less of those problems.
