What are we looking for in an employee? Someone who will do anything that the party requires, we do not discriminate against new players and as a matter of fact believe the newer the player the better (not to say long-standing players aren't excepted, they definitely are). We do not however recruit admins (unless they've been named as worthy by four members of the cause, everyone else (including trial-admins and ex-admins) are fair game.
