Title of Bug: Disconnected player's car stays for extended period
Description: Noticed that an officer timed out, but his police cruiser remained on the server long after he had disconnected. The car itself was in a state where you could drive it and even crash it.
I am not sure how it would affect the car if player has disconnect and the car gets blown up or stolen. It refused to de-spawn and had to be removed using the remover tool.

I did this once, and once I re-joined, I couldn't even access my OWN vehicle. It also changed from <RP name>s car to <Steam Name>s car.
None the less, +SUPPORT.

I have noticed this. As a police officer you cannot warrant the vehicle to impound either. It happened to a taxi.

Yeah, I have noticed this a lot, the car just sits there, it has no information when you look at it other than what the Car is called, it is really annoying because half of them are in the middle of the road.
