Title of Suggestion: Voice Radio sound effect

Description: When someone turns on their voice radio to talk , have it play a little sound effect that indicates when the radio is turned on or turned off , an example would be the British/Irish Emergency Services TETRA Radio Tones , I'll attach a link , pay attention to the tones played before someone starts talking and after someone has stopped talking, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mllh1Kl54yY. EDIT: If possible, an ambient sound that can be heard by others around you would be awesome! (From Reebs, comment down below), and an American tone should be added since it is based in an American city

Why: It would improve RP in my opinion , and also it'll reduce chances of you being scared when there's just complete silence and out of nowhere , someone just starts screaming into the mic , there need's to be some sort of warning

Since the city this is based in is an American City, we should have American radios, such as these: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kDQNoavzZyw (hear the sound after someone finishes talking? That’s what I mean.)

I also think we should have some ambient radio scanner noises, possibly an audio file on loop, to be played in the police cars and on foot while the voice radio is on? If is, it should be able to be heard by others around it in order to enhance realism.
