You can pay for donator with in-game cash (normally 275-350k) a lot of people sell it nowadays so you won't have a problem.

PayPal is the only channel to donate to FL. If you cannot do it yourself, you can find someone to do it in your name. This can be done by paying them an agreed amount in in-game money and them donating to FL in your name. It is a very popular method of donating.
