After taking my 15 minutes to read this thread, first I was amused with the information as a whole in the thread, then I cracked up when I saw the Spiderman-memes because I was expecting them, good one.
Anyways, since this is supposed to be information thread, I'm gonna refrain myself from shitposting.
What Snowred did, is ofcourse unacceptable, from a person who did so much, but what were his choices? I've known Snowred for 4 and half years, and I expected something like this from him if he ever felt that his voice needed to be heard in the audience.

Fault-finding Awestruck should stop though, even if he did wrong in the past, we are all humans, we all make mistakes.
I am not going to take any sides with anyone, since I've left FL for now, but it will always stay as my second home, and as matter of fact, I can not take any sides, since I rarely play on the servers, just lurk the forums, I know less than others about this scenario, and most of this happened after I left/resigned.
And as for the people who keep seeking transparency, give it time, because admin team needs to get and stay on the same page thoroughly, before they are going to show any transparency, remember, too much transparency causes community splits, that is what you guys DON'T want. It happened twice, I don't want to see it happen third time.
Hopefully after this players don't start nitpicking Awestruck, since he is JUST A HUMAN with authority to keep order in the server.

ELAD, you're completely insane. What goes on in the Admin Office is supposed to stay in the admin office, and for a good reason.

Obviously we're not going to let normal users see the admin office, transparency is a very good thing indeed, but that's just ridiculous. Also saying that us banning Snow is stupid, he leaked from the admin office and admin tools, which is considered against Terms of Service.

The admin office will never be made public, it is private for good reasons, get admin and you will find out why.

What admin office? Is this leaking?
