I see people getting RP points quite often since I started playing the server how do you get an admins attention to come and see if it deserves an RP point and what are the rewards? Please help by replying

You don't technically get an admins attention. They need to see you in a very excellent RP Event/Situation etc. Essentially you need to 'Be in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing'.

As Serpent Lord said, Its a matter of time and placement, Try to be in a RP as much as possible. If admins notice, You might get a point, But DO NOT ask for them. That will get you in trouble.
