Spear is right, I have all the content and the new fish don't go to your inventory and the pharmaceuticals aren't updated either :|

EDIT: After a quick fish it turns out that when you catch one of the new fish nothing goes to your inventory at all not even normal fish :|

Fish enhancements have been fixed. The update is fixed on v2d and live.

As for v4b1, it has to crash so the fix will take effect.

Edit - Pharmacy fixed aswell
