Title of Bug: Prisoner Stamina
Description: When you are a prisoner and hold down shift even though the stamina bar reads 0 you can still sprint if you hold shift down.

When sprinting as a prisoner you are only going as fast as using alt to walk, although the stamina goes down because you are holding shift you are not actual sprinting. This is because you are in handcuffs.

I think to be honest it's dumb as fuck you can't sprint...who can't sprint because they are in cuffs ?
