Can people with 30+ RPP give RPP?

"No we can better make something so people with 30 RP points can give RP points to other people as well, which will be recorded in a log to prevent abuse."

I was wondering if he implemented that idea in the end. if people with 30+ RPP could give RPP to other players and that it was logged to prevent abuse.

This is essentially the role of a Teacher, without the main role of assisting users with their questions, so in a way, yes it was as the Teacher Rank from my understanding.

I don't believe so and it should just stay for teacher and above, imo.

I can +/- Support this even though it is not a suggestion, but the RPP point giving should only stay for certain ranks, teacher and above, but it would be interesting that some individuals might receive the ability, who would be trusted with it, etc.

The Idea sounds okay but I think it would just get abused like giving free points to their buddies or something. I just think it's a tad concerning.
