he clearly blocked the tunnel, and its pretty damn obvious its not rammable with cars.
also there are no keypads on the inside and keypads are required on both sides or else its propblock too.

To let you know where it would be better suited so you don't put things that aren't abuse in this section. And to inform the super admins that this isn't significant as an abuse case.
