What would happen if a non FL staff member would wear the [FL:M]/[FL] tag? Perma?

They'd be told to change it.
And if that doesn't work, they'd be kicked. And if they come back and it's still not changed, they would most likely be banned after being told once again (or maybe without that, even).

Sometimes new people use the [FL] tag, but they just get told to change it. Because they most likely didn't know.
Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.
