Summary: So, first I saw this Chef randomly proppushing this Police Officer's car, then he proppushed it in the air and got it stuck, the Chef was also breaking FearRP near the end of the video, then when we finally tazed him and handcuffed him the Chef D/C'd to avoid arrest.
