Summary: I was going to arrest him for shooting in public and shooting officer, but he rejoins to avoid arrest! You can see on the picture that i have just warranted him and when im about to arrest him you can see he leaves and rejoins the server. Its not 1 time he dose this, many times when he is about to get arrested.
