[SELLING] dank gun store dupe

People have been asking me for the dupe in game but I told them that I'd only share it if people bought it.

Not sure on prices, but I've got some ideas:

$25,000 = rights to the dupe
$40,000 = sole rights to the dupe (I will sell it to nobody else)

First time selling anything I've made so I'd appreciate any tips on pricing if this is too bad!

Don't buy, it's a scam. The building is made of foam and will fall apart easily.
Also the food shown is fake and if you try and eat it you will have a nasty surprise as it is filled with arsenic.

I'm really bad at building and can duplicate that.

I'd say nudge the price a bit.

I'd lower the price.
People will pay probably a maximum of $10,000 for a dupe which has no 'shell' (custom floors and walls).

This dupe could definitely sell for $25,000 if you created the shell, plus changed the exterior so it doesn't look like a gun shop got built inside a BP store.
