/taxi, armour suit, and third-person changes

Is the new armour intended to be donor only? The gas mask isn't so I would have assumed this would be the same.

This is a middle ground. It's still very possible to abuse third-person by using the exploit to look around corners, and to be honest, 90% of the people arguing for third-person and keeping the crosshairs are the people who abuse this exploit and abuse the unfair accuracy of the crosshair. We've still kept third-person shooting, but you no longer get superhuman accuracy, and have to aim your shots like everybody else.
