CityRP Update "Red Alert"

Hello everyone,
A big update is coming in parts this week and eventually the next week. This update includes a lot of new stuff and features to improve CityRP at it's best.
The "Red Alert" update contains:

An improved HUD
A better notification system
New Emergency Vehicles
RV Van
Emergency Lights & Siren
Presidental update ( Lockdown, Warrants )
More realistic messages ( IC names instead of OOC )
Mechanic Job
A Mystery
And a lot of bugfixes

These updates will happen trough the next 2 weeks. When a update is done, it will appear green. It also is possible more updates will be added then listed here.
