My tab scoreboard is really messy, I don't have a photo but when I say in a 50/50 server there's only 1 or 2 people's names I can read, and they are short 3,4 letter names

how can I fix this so I can see everyone's name, hours, rp points etc clearly?

I'm fairly sure its just a server side bug, I've been having the same and it usually sorts itself out after a while.

Try a higher resolution, maybe that'll do it.
