Ever since we swapped to using the Steam workshop, I keep downloading addon #something and another of the same but different # number. This sometimes leads to me timing out so a fix would be nice.

Hai Sgt,
You are not the only one who is getting the re-downloading of the add-on. if i have this correctly, Soul is rather updating the add-on increasing they or the re-downloading of the addon is that, the add-on is not fully complete and it might re-download it every time. (If this, it will not increase the amount of data you will be using. Mostlikely reason would be Soul updating the Add-on but don't take my word for this.
