Low fps on v33x

Hello Fearless!

What a wonderful day, I got a little problem when I'm playing on v33x. When I'm in the city in v33x, I'm getting a low fps in the city on (30-40 fps) but when I'm outside the city my fps is 80-90+ agian like on v2d and v2p.
And when I'm on v2d and v2p my fps is on (80-90+ fps)

I feel this really weird, because I can play Battlefield 3 and many other games on high graphic with no problems. 

So I hope some of you could help me, I will appreciate that  .

I get like 25 fps, 40 fps is like GOOD

The nexus in v33x is a very heavy render object. Because they did not used certain methods to increase the speed of the map. You can't do anything about it as far as I know.
