Or you could try what I did to my chicken when the other ones were biting it...
This may sound cruel but it worked. Where the chickens would bit, I'd put the special type of tar over the wound. When the chickens would try and peck again, the chicken had some makeshift armour... After a year or so (when the chicken was fully grown), All the tar had gone and the chicken was no longer pecked because it could defend itself.
I guess if you're willing to try this you could give it a go... It would protect it until it's broken the habit...
