I have always wondered why you're unable to give Negative and Neutral reps.
Why can't you?

Probably because it'd be used immaturely.
But I still think it would be interesting.

That's pretty much the process and concept, except that a lot of other people are going to do it too. And yes, as Adman said, it would be used rather immaturely.

The forums will end up filled with pissed off rep whores ie.

I used to post on a forum that would limit the overall amount of rep (or negative rep) you can give to your overall behaviour on the forums. I forget how it works exactly, but if FL were to have this sort of thing implemented (maybe one rep point per received Like? I'll have to think about that one) then it'd be far less risky to enable negative rep.
