Why we should unban you: The situation goes as follows: A few people started talking about UN:RP in OOC. These people were curious as to what UN:RP was, and I, and dbkson1, was giving some information about it. Jokhah started to tell me to shut up about it, as it would be advertising another server. Informing people who ask a question is not advertising. I told Jokhah I was just informing them and to lay off, to which he responded that he wouldn't lay off, and he carried on with the topic. I stated that I was the least of his worries, because I mention something that makes him mad, while others on other Fearless servers all the time break many rules, and no admin is ever there to do anything. Jokhah took things too far, threatening me with being an admin, while all I did was argue rightly for the fact that he was falsely discriminating on me and my opinion as a player on the server against an admin. Although I admit to arguing in OOC, Jokhah proves to be no better, carrying it out himself in OOC. I do not feel this was admin disrespect, but just trying to explain what goes on when he isn't there and that I shouldn't be the one to point fingers at. Jokhah then ended saying that in his line of work, for the server, he does not care at all for my feelings, and proceeded to ban me for 30 days.

Had he not said that, nor continued with me in ooc when I made the statement prior to stop talking about UN in the first place, none of this would have happened. If you would like I can pull up the complete conversation. Not this piece of garbage evidence that is missing the start of the conversation.

When I stated to take the talk about UN to either their servers or steam, you guys should have done just that. Instead you chose to continue going on and on. Your right, I argued, I should have banned him earlier.

Well, now you have an admin here who admits, along with evidence, to breaking a rule and still tries to justify it with the fact that I argued in OOC as well. I admit to breaking that rule, and I am fine with a ban, but not for 30 days or for the admin disrespect I did not do.

Well thankfully you don't decide the ban lengths. My only mistake was attempting to get you to understand which lead to an arguement. You still broke general rule 5 and disrespected me twice. First strike was when you said "It's called freedom of speech, bub." which was in response to me telling everyone on the server to not discuss UN:RP on FL:RP servers and to take it to either UN:RP servers or to steam chat. Then when I informed you about breaking General Rule 5, you said, "You mean general rule 6." Your actions on the servers were in violation of FL rules and regulations and I gave you many chances to either redeem yourself or let it go. I explained to you what and why and you wanted to argue.

To be clear, you are not to discuss other communities on FL servers. Advertising other servers is punishable and before you decide to argue about advertising, here is the definition.
