Why we should unban you: I wasn't disrespecting Vauld in any way. I was just saying that his reason for claiming failrp was a bit flawed. I did failrp and it was explained to me, but what was said post my demotion wasn't admin disrespect. I just told him to relax, which I didn't exactly think was 'disrespectful,' at least in my eyes. I was demoted for failrp so I don't believe it's exactly part of the ban reason seeing as punishment was already dealt as per the crime. Jokhah completely misunderstood my joke (I said "Watch, next thing you know Vauld is gonna say a President can't be gay," referring to my fabulous president roleplay last night.) If a ban was to be issued I would have believed it was Vauld's jurisdiction seeing as I was talking to him, so I'm not sure how Jokhah interpreted my comments towards Vauld and how it varied between the two.

As I stated in the first post, that was merely a joke and wasn't actually meant as any type of insult. I was a fabulous/gay President last night and I was just joking around that it wouldn't be allowed after being demoted for my failrp 'gangster' presidency. Venom can testify for this as he mentioned it when I became President today.

Now there is the conversation from start to finish. You were going back and forth with an admin in ooc about his decision to demote you. Your conversation was disrespectful to him and myself. I warned you to be careful. You decided to make a statement about vauld that suggested that he might have something against a gay president and that he didn't know how to RP. Bad luck for you that I got fed up with it before he did. When you return you should watch out for Fail RP, General Rule #5 and how you talk to the staff in a public channel. Anything else to add to this conversation?

I still fail to see any harassment occur after you warned me. The whole 'warned you to be careful,' statement is invalid if I didn't commit anything after that and I actually stopped. "Watch, next thing you know Vauld's gonna say a president can't be gay either," is not harassment or disrespect. I wasn't able to even finish what I was going to say, as well. Was about to ask him if it was him or Shadow whom was on last night when I was doing that RP. You banning me left me off with a bad note seeing as I couldn't finish my statement. The whole context of what I said is taken out of place if I'm not able to finish what I was going to say. Honestly, the only valid rule I have broken as far as I can see is fail rp which had already been dealt with by Vauld himself when he demoted me. Telling someone to chill out =/= harassment and/or disrespect, Jokhah. I'd at least like to request a reduction as 7 days is quite an unreasonable amount of time considering the whole misunderstanding.
