Summary: Basically my insticts told me to follow this cop since he ran around with his tazer out. I did and he tranqd 2 people randomly and then chaos broke out. Beflok banned most of the rulebreakers but this guy should also get a ban imo.
Edit: I forgot to add Johnny* (STEAM_0:1:49327406). He tried to shoot me in the middle of the chaos and broke fear RP.
