Downloading the same files every time I enter a server

Every time I enter one of the Garry's Mod folders after the update it will download the same "model/weapon/flm kit" files and I dont have a single clue why. This adds about 5 extra minutes to my loading and it's slightly irritating. Any hints on what may be causing this?

This ones keep downloading for me too, but take 10 seconds for me to download ._. I would love to know what it is too...

Download the content pack, and replace it over the content that you have already got. That should hopefully fix it.
