Title of Suggestion: Weldable Notes
Description: Make notes Weldable to props again like in gmod12.
Why: Because its really annoying, when people steal or throw your notes away.
Especially when your doing a passive RP.
For an example a restaurant RP.

When I'm Prison guard I place a note infront of my Desk saying "If there isn't anyone here, call *Random number combo* (/pm catkillerfive)" to when I'm taking a look on what is going on in the city. When I come back the note is either in the corner or it is not there at all.
It is also really handy to hang it up to.

Because I haven't been able to play on GMod 13 for a while, I had no idea this was a problem.

When I did my Halloween RP, I wanted the note to stick to the grave so no idiot desecrates it by trowing it away.

Why not just spawn notes as a prop of your own, that means you would be able to use Physgun on it aswell..
