Why would glowing eyes relate to Mythic dawn? It could also be lycanthropy or vampirism. Anyhow, I agree with you. It is probably Mythic Dawn, as the Mehrunes Dagon quest is also in the city Dawnstar which sounds a lot like Dawnguard.
Also, it is only confirmed in summer, for the 360. It will be atimed exclusive, as with Fallout 3 DLC.

Actually it does point to Vampirism. There have been found new Vampire animation files in the Skyrim folders, after the most recent patch and the name "Dawnguard" can also very easily relate to Vampirism
