Anonymous isn't a "group", it's more of an "idea". Anyone can be member of anonymous, as everyone IS anonymous.
Hackers with the anonymous "idea" gather in groups and chatrooms online to operate from there.

What in gods name would they do to you in a gmod community, do you really think they care?

Also, I like Anonymous. They semi-saved us from Sopa and FBI by melting their servers with huge DDoS attacks. However, I didn't really enjoy the attack on the PS3 network, even though they had "good" purposes with it. Got 2 free games from it anyways.

They do what they believe is good.. I mean yes some, most people believe stopping SOPA was good.. But some think it is needed. It's just a matter of opinion, really. And yes, our government does overstep its bounds. Considerably. We're becoming a Socialist state. But that's for a political discussion.. My point is that this group isn't a necessarily bad group. It's a matter of opinion. My opinion is that in the end the do more good than bad.

well what you think about Anonymous mostly depends from person to person as i have read in this thread and i respect all peoples opinion so i don't know why people get so butthurt if i don't like them then i don't and please don't start with the ¨oh they saved us from SOPA if they hadn't done that we wouldn't be able to talk to each other¨ SOPA was about shutting down internet websites that pirate and allowing the goverment to shut down websites with no questions asked and i doubt they would shut down fearless because i don't even think the american goverment knows that the website Fearlessrp.net even exsists.
