I have been wondering how this works for a while now.

As you can see. Where it says "insert small text here" I am wondering how to get this?
I have seen allot (almost everybody) With this message.
Im not sure if this is obvious but i would really like to know

If you want to edit it you go to User CP and edit profile and "New Custom User Title"

Go to User Control Panel, then 'Edit Profile' on the right; it should say 'Custom User Title' By default. It will say "Member" Just fill in the text field with whatever.
