Milestones page + new Team pages

Hi guys,

Just wanted to make this quick thread to bring your attention to a few forum page changes over the last week or so, in case you haven't seen the changelog entries.

Milestone Rewards Page

With some help from Conn and TASSIA , I've created a page on which you can view all of the available Milestone Rewards, as well as your personal progression along the Milestones path.

Team Page and Hall of Fame

The Team Page has been given a bit of a revamp. It's now got descriptions for each rank under the headers, as well as the addition of Sub Roles information. Veterans have also been removed from it and placed on to their own special page called the Hall of Fame!

All of the above pages are compatible with Light and Dark forum themes and are accessible through the navigation dropdowns at the top of the forums.

Other small changes:
- Top navigation menu now sticks to the top of the page as you scroll down.
- Most Active tab on Stats page now ranks players based on Main Server activity but also displays Build Server activity to the side.
