Title of Suggestion: Ability to delete comments on profile page

Provide users the ability to delete other people's comments on their own profile page

Why?
I'd like to have full control over what is displayed on my own profile page, and having to ask an administrator to delete comments off my own page should not be the solution.

This furthermore provides people the ability to delete any form of toxicity on their page without having to reach out to admins.

Requesting staff to remove a single comment from your profile is pretty inefficient. If it's a shitpost, you should be able to delete it.
Also, a "report" button next to the "reply" button would make reporting rule-breaking comments easier.
