It's difficult to ascertain his intentions as he didn't continue to shoot you, so there's a possibility is was genuinely accidental.

You walked off with a load of SRU, so we wanted to know what was going on - He scoped in and accidentally shot you, ran straight over and apologised. Don't see what the issue is really, he apologised and you weren't killed.

I don't think Huskii had ill intentions by the sound of it. Huskii has also been playing for a long time so he'd know better than to blatantly teamkill like that.
Had GamingOfficialZZ actually died however I can't guarantee the outcome would have been the same for this report. Denied.
