Nissan Skyline No Vehicle Sound

There seems to be a bug with everyone i have asked but there is no engine sounds coming from the Nissan Skyline, I tested out other cars to show the sound on them are working... (I have all content packs downloaded and working.)

Also occurs with SWAT van, weirdly since VCmod has been installed (which makes me think it may not be a client issue)

For anyone else who sees this thread, please post if you experience this issue or not. It will help us determine if this is a server problem or something to do with content.
