While it may seem a bit mingey to do something like this, I do not think this deserves a punishment. Might be a good idea to not drag wires/TV plugs attached to props like that around the city, you know how easy it is to run into a minge here on the servers, i'm not saying that it was your fault he did that but you could have used better judgement.
