Title of Bug: Unbought door locked (need to buy the door to unlock it)

Description: User who owns a door > Disconnects without selling the door > Door is unbought and still locked > Need to buy the door to unlock it

It's simply because when a door is sold/de-owned it doesn't unlock. It's not really that big of an issue, it's been like this for as long as I can remember.
