This person just RDMED me for no reason I drove past his house he opened the door and I got back in my car he pulled out a AK and he just said 'GET' in chat and he killed me he said nothing else.

Unfortunately, in the screenshot you provided as evidence of him "admitting" to randomly raiding you, he simply says "I didn't, BR me" which could mean "I didn't randomly raid you" or "I didn't have a reason". There is really no way to tell, and this is not incriminating enough.
