Summary: Firstly he spawned his car but the it was parallel to the road, so when he enters his police car to try align it with the road he run's me, (I.G.N: Mushroom) & Adam I Adzzdh (I.G.N: Max Dean) however this wasn't captured but this most of inspired him to drive recklessly as a civil protection and Mass CDM...
I captured one of his scenes killing people's and resulting in his death as well and when i goes to his spawn a question him all he does is run away refusing to answer.
